▶ Summary
From this Ted Talk. We talked about what makes a good life.
Before we talk about those things he told that he have been researching people to find what makes life happy and healthier.
He researched from the poor boys on the street to the students who study at Harvard Univeristy.
So he got three conclusions what we need to make our life better.
1. Social connections
Loneliness kills person and found that it's breaking our physical and mental levels.
But those we have relationships with family , friends and community were physically healthier.
From this point you might think that then if we do not have many friends, we could not be happy?
The answer is no! look at the number 2!
2. Not just the number
The number is not that important. The thing that you have to consider is the quality of the relationships that you make.
The marriage couple who conflicts highly turned out to be very bad at health. But warm relationships is protective.
Whatever you have many friends or community, if you do not really think them as your true connections, they cannot be good for you!
3. Good relationships just don't protect our body but also our brain!
Who are in relations those people's memories stay longer? The people witih good, close relationships!
They got protective physical and brain which means they not only live longer but also they are placed with good mood.

▶ Insight
I think most people will be curious about this topic. And i am the one who have been thinking about what we need to do to live happily. I used to struggle not to lose my friends and tried to make new connections. I thought it was the way we can live with happily. But as i am 23 years old now i new that not only the number is important. From the part that man told us i sympatized with highly exalted emotion. I don't need friends who only use me to show as a doll. But friends who really cares about me and can live closely though i have hard times. So from now on i will try as i can to take care of my relationships. I think that sincerely caring and caring for people around me is one way to protect my health for me.
