Today talk is about

how to make stress, your friend.

Do you guys feel stress these days?

I've been stressed highly

because of team work at my uni.

The question comes

at the start of the lecture.

She asked about how much

stress you felt these days?

As an expert of mental part,

she have been emphasized

about how bad stress is for your health.

But surprisingly, she

changed her mind after one research.

What she found from that study

was ... stress can be the main reason

to make you die.

But the risk of dying was more high

to the people who believed

that sterss is bad for your health!

It means stress can be good

for your health.

Only if you change what it means to you.

For example,

when you feel stress,

heart starts pounding

and you get anxious about something.

But change your mind that

heart is pounding

to enhance my passion

for the work.

It can make you to be relaxed

and strengthen your heart.

After i finished listening this lecture,

i felt like it's really good way

of thinking what stress means.

I'be been thinking

stress only makes me sick

and the factor of blame.

But now i decided

to change beliefs about stress.

And creating biological health from it.
